Company History
Hightec Plating Sdn. Bhd. was founded on 1988 September 5th. Ever since then, we have established ourselves as a key player in the electroplating industry in Penang and then all over Malaysia. We have earned a reputable track record with local and multinational corporations in multiple industries. Some of our customers are from the telecommunications, electronics, electrical engineering, automotive, medical, aerospace, and other commercial industries.
Dr. Tony Chuang has been serving as Hightec's Managing Director since 2021. Born in Taiwan, he has previously worked in businesses in Canada and the United States. He has also given seminars in multiple countries across North America, Europe, Africa, and Asia. He earned a Ph.D. in Intercultural Studies from Trinity International University in the United States.

We have a sophisticated system that makes use of a multi-step process chemical treatment monitored by professional personnel. This wastewater treatment and air pollution control system ensures that we are in compliance with the Department of Environment in Malaysia. We take care of our customers while taking care of our environment.
